A Strategy for Promoting Happiness and Joy in Your Life

One of the simplest ways to promote joy, or foster a sense of happiness in our life is to be moment centered. That is, don’t look at it as a destination to arrive at, as much as a place you can tap into in the very moment you find yourself in now. That said, here’s a little quote I wrote a while back, based on a simple strategy for doing just that.

Awesome, now jot it down on paper so you take it from your mind to “the real world.”
