Here is a message on how to use a form of a vision board in order to provide some added fuel (in the form of visualization) behind your pursuit of the goals you set.
You have probably seen visualization in play many times, and may never realized it. For example, if you have ever seen an athlete close their eyes, seemingly relax just a bit, just prior to their athletic endeavor it was likely you were witnessing them “visualizing” their perfect outcome. Yes, think of it like practicing, with your brain.
This isn’t only limited to physical activities or sports either. Prior to doing presentations, I take time to run through the positive outcome I desire in my mind. Not as much rehearsing what I will say during the speech, but instead seeing how others will respond favorably to what I have to share. As best as possible, like a movie director, I run through my mind what I want to see be the end result.
Give some thought to the ideas in the message below, and I believe you’ll benefit greatly for doing so.
I hope you found the ideas helpful — if so, please share this message with others. I also want to invite you to share your thoughts in the comments below.
