Your Actions Dictate Your Outcome By Josh Hinds

Consider for a moment that your life is not static. The way things are, aren’t simply, the way things are.

Friend, you have the ability to craft your life as you wish it to be. While it is true that the place you are now may very well have to do with decisions you made, or in the rare instance, those made for you by others (whether you were a willing participant or not) the fact remains that different decisions, different actions can allow you to change the path you’re on. You are only truly stuck the moment you begin to stop moving in the direction you want to go.

The fact that countless people before you were able to set out in the pursuit of lofty goals — and achieved them means that you are just as capable. Make no mistake, you are just as capable whether you choose to believe it or not. My hope for you is that you will test your talents and abilities by living out your dreams. You’ve got a whole world of adventure to gain in doing so — and in the grand scheme of things you’ve got nothing to lose — except perhaps a bit of mediocrity.

Friend, you were not meant to live a mediocre life. Don’t ever allow anyone to convince you otherwise. You were in fact made for greatness — precisely what that entails will be found as you move forward on your journey.

Always remember that the little saying, “you’ve got to be in it, to win it” is true. You don’t have to swing for the fences day in and day out, in fact very often, staying on focus with regards to what you want to see transpire in your life is more then enough.

Stop throughout your day just long enough to reconnect with the things that are most important to you. Look over your goals — allow yourself to reconnect with them, to feel that powerful feeling that emerges from inside you as you fully connect with the part of you that knows you have what it takes to achieve them — the part which knows that greatness is very much a part of who you are.

Live out your dreams to the best of your ability each and every day. In doing so you will find that the people, resources, and life experiences will appear to aid you as you pursue the journey.

In summary, remember that the actions you take, as well as those you don’t take ultimately dictates your outcome. Take comfort in knowing that while you may not always be able to control what happens to you, you do have the power to choose how you will react to what happens in your life. Through action, you can make the decision to move in a direction that will serve you, or decide not to which is likely to keep you stuck. My hope is that you will choose to make action work for you.

It’s your life, LIVE BIG!
